Dampak Tak Diduga Teknologi di Masa Depan

Teknologi sudah menjadi barang mutlak di era global ini. Apapun yang kita lakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tidak lepas dari teknologi. Mulai dari bekerja menggunakan laptop atau computer, penggunaan internet dan jejaring social, mesin otomatis dalam pabrik sampai hal kecil seperti memfotokopi kertas pun tak luput dari sentuhan teknologi yang terus dikembangkan. Bahkan, di Negara-negera maju seperti Jepang dan Jerman, robot sudah mulai diproduksi dan digunakan di pabrik.

Di Jepang, telah digunakan ‘seorang’ robot yang membantu pelayan catering dalam membagikan makanan bagi karyawan dan karyawati dalam suatu perusahaan. Ini adalah suatu hal yang tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa robot telah menjadi suatu hal mutakhir yang secara langsung dapat membantu meringankan pekerjaan manusia karena secara fisik pun, sebagian dari mereka berperawakan layaknya manusia berlapis baja.

Namun, apakah teman-teman pernah berpikir apa yang kira-kira akan terjadi di bumi ini beberapa puluh tahun kedepan sebagai dampak dari teknologi? Well, it’s time for you to check my fifth post!

Pertama, saya pernah berimajinasi bahwa beberapa puluh tahun kedepan, sebagian manusia mungkin tak dapat menggerakkan anggota tubuhnya secara sempurna seperti apa yang ‘nenek moyangnya’ lakukan sekarang ini. Sebenarnya ini adalah bentuk persetujuan saya terhadap imajinasi yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya.You know why? You guys pasti pernah menonton Doraemon the Movie yang menceritakan Nobita dan teman-teman tersesat di masa depan bersama robot-robot kan? Di masa depan, Nobita dan teman-teman bertemu dengan seorang bocah lelaki yang hanya dapat duduk di kursi roda dan duduk didalam pesawat kecilnya. Saat sang bocah mencoba berlari dari kawanan robot jahat, ia malah terjatuh karena kakinya yang tidak kuat menopang tubuhnya sendiri. Lalu diceritakan oleh sang professor tua bahwa sang bocah tidak terbiasa menggerakan anggota tubuhnya sejak kecil dikarenakan di zaman itu shampir semua pekerjaan di kota dilakukan oleh robot. Bahkan sampai pelayan restoran dan pembantu rumah tangga adalah robot.

Dari penggalan kartun diatas, berpikirlah saya bahwa, “Oh, bener juga ya!” Teman-teman pasti sudah mengerti apa inti ari penggalan cerita diatas. Bahwa penggunaan robot dimasa depan hanya membuat orang-orang menjadi malas. Akibat tak diduga yang pertama pun terimajinasi dengan baik.

Dampak yang kedua adalah kemungkinan bahwa semua kendaraan dimasa depan sebagian besar adalah kendaraan udara dan air. The reason is because of the high production of technology for many years which increases the global warming impact. Global warming! Lagi-lagi global warming. Saya sedikit bosan menulis kata-kata tersebut. Ah, tapi mau bagaimana lagi. Disitulah saya terbawa aliran imajinasi saya. Tingginya produksi teknologi dimasa depan dan semakin bertambahnya kebutuhan manusia modern setiap saat menyebabkan semakin bertambahnya permintaan akan robot. Akibatnya, akan banyak pabrik-pabrik dan perusahaan produsen robot bermunculan. Dari situ, sudah terpikir oleh kita apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya adalah bertambahnya polusi udara dan meningkatnya kadar CO2 dalam ozon. Panas bumi pun meningkat tajam dan membuat es di kutub utara dan selatan mencair –mungkin seluruhnya jika ini berlangsung berpuluh-puluh tahun-, menenggelamkan pulau pulau yang didami manusia. Harus kita ingat juga bahwa bahan pembuatan robot adalah besi yang merupakan bahan unrenewable. Sewaktu-waktu, persediaan besi atau baja dalam bumi akan habis begitu saja disaat manusia dimasa depan sudah sangat tergantung oleh robot dan para teknologi pembantu lainnya. Bisa dibayangkan betapa ‘ruetnya’ saat itu! Damn, ngeri deh! Semoga kejadian unexpected kedua ini adalah hanya bullshit belaka karena memang tak seorang pun yang mengharapkan hal ini terjadi.

Well let’s move to the third point! Hal tak terduga yang mungkin terjadi dimasa depan akibat teknologi adalah munculnya ‘manusia dalam kapsul’ pada zaman tersebut. Manusia dalam kapsul atau the capsule human. Ya, begitulah saya menyebutnya. Jangan salah artikan kata-kata tersebut. Yang saya maksud manusia kapsul disini adalah para manusia yang seluruh tubuhnya dilapisi atau memakai sejenis kostum anti panas dan over cold dengan tabung oksigen besar di punggungya dan sepatu berselaput atau bermesin. Sunguh memang imajinasi bodoh! Tapi ini mungkin saja terjadi mengingat akan semakin tidak menentunya suhu dan cuaca di bumi jika global warming terus-menerus terjadi. Pada siang hari mungkin bumi akan bersuhu sama seperti kaldu bakso yang mendidih dan pada malam hari mungkin bisa sedingin salju di bulan Desember. Bayangkan saja berada di tengah cuaca seperti itu. Disiang hari, kulit manusia bisa melepuh sejadi-jadinya dan dimalam hari tulang pun menjadi kaku. Oksigen pun mulai sulit didapat karena tingginya kadar CO2 di atmosfer. Global warming memang sulit dihentikan, tapi bias dicegah.

Astaga! Bicara apa lagi aku ini! Imajinasi bodoh! Didn’t mama teach me how to imagine somethin?! At least not to get closer of being crazy. Hah!

PARA SELUBUNG: AWAL MULA MENJADI SELUBUNG

Menjadi seorang yang terselubung di dalam satu komunitas sungguhlah tidak menyenangkan. Di kelas tercinta XI IPA 3, ada 2 orang terselubung. Si Selubung 1 dan Si Selubung 2. Selubung 1 dan Selubung 2 berteman baik (?). Membosankan sekali untuk menyebutkan nama mereka berdua. Karena ini dunia maya, sebelum saya terkena Undang Undang Penyalahgunaan Teknologi, lebih baik mencegahnya bukan?

Selubung 1 bukanlah orang yang dibenci disini. Perbedaan yang sangat kontras terjadi pada selubung 2 yang mungkin begitu banyak orang yang tidak menyukainya. Saya pun tidak menyukainya. Karena berbagai hal mulai dari hal yang berbau korporasi hingga hal-hal kecil yang mungkin seharusnya tidak diributkan. Dalam hal ini, oknum yang mungkin sangat membencinya adalah seseorang yang tidak suka akan Selubung 2 dari segi apapun. Dialah oknum sang pencari hati.

Mulai dari hal yang cenderung mendekati secara diam-diam Si Selubung 1 dengan berpura-pura bodoh untuk menutupi apa yang mungkin diperbuatnya. Sungguh tindakan yang bodoh berperilaku seperti itu. Hal ini tentu saja sangat dibenci oleh oknum sang pencari hati. Karena mau bagaimanapun, selubung 1 adalah sasaran empuk sang pencari hati untuk disantap sendiri. Tidak untuk bersua. Dan tanpa rasa bersalahnya, si selubung 2 terlihat bebas dengan apa yang diperbuatnya.

Hal kedua yang membuat rakyat lain mengurangi simpati pada selubung 2 adalah sikap tinggi hati dengan omongan yang ditinggi-tinggikan tapi isinya sama sekali kosong! Isinya tidak ada!!! Kalau saya bisa ibaratkan sepeti kaleng kacang, tak sebutirpun kacang yang ada didalamnya. You know how it is like, right!? Saya terkadang menjadi terbawa emosi sendiri mendengar celotehnya. Dari cara bercelotehnya yang senga’ pun, sudah beitu malas untuk mendengarnya. I don’t even want to keep an eye or pay an attention to what he says!

Hal ketiga, si selubung ini selalu saja membuat orang badmood. Dia selalu berpkir apa yang dia perbuat adalah menyenangkan bagi orang lain tetapi sebetulnya tidak sama sekali. Justru membuat orang merasa illfeel dengan apa yang dia perbuat. Dia senang disaat orang lain tidak tahu apa yang membuatnya senang. Karena kesenangan yang dia rasa adalah keheranan besar dan justru sebenarnya dialah yang ditertawakan oleh rakyat lain. So what’s the point, guy!?

Tidak ada yang tahu persis sejak kapan dia menjadi orang yang terselubung. Tapi dia disebut diam-diam oleh si oknum pencari hati sebagai selubung 2 sejak si oknum pencari hati menyaari apa yang mungkin diperbuat oleh sang selubung. Oiya, si selubung 2 pun termasuk dalam daftar bedebah. Damn you guy!!! Dia juga disebut sebagai bedebah 3 dan bedbah kesekian oleh si oknum pencari hati.

THE ADVANTAGES OF TALK SHOW

Good evening guys! This is my third post! It’s all about watching talk show. Have you ever watch talk show? According to Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia, talk show is a television or radio program where one person or a group of people will discuss a various topics put forth by a talk show host. Sometimes, talk show usually consisting of a group of people who have great experience in relation to whatever issue is being discussed on the show. Now, talk show is mushrooming in every TV channel. For example, Kick Andy, Ceriwis, Oprah Winfrey Show, Late Show with David Letterman, Apa Kabar Indonesia and many more. Talk show is one of the good TV programs that we should watch. Because, I believe that talk show program both in television and radio could gives us 2 general advantages.

Firstly, talk show increases our knowledge in every aspect depends on the topic which is discussed. As we all understand, the host and the respondent usually talk about the hot issue that is overspreads in society. For instance, in one episode, the host interviews a politician before the general election. Certainly, the main topic that they’re talking about is general election. Information that is given by the politician could increase our knowledge in politic aspect. Besides that, our historical knowledge would be expanded when we watch the talk show that has a discussion with an Indonesian hero. We will be able to know what he/she did to fight the Dutch and the Japanese, what happen in the last 65 years and many more.

The second point is talk show entertains us as the viewers. As we can see on television, in some talk show program, the host is always having something funny to say. The examples are Ceriwis on Trans TV and The Ellen Degeneres Show on Star World. As we can see in Ceriwis, the hosts are very funny and humorous. They are also talkative and communicative to the guest star. There is always something funny that makes the viewers are smiling or giggling and even laugh out loud. The hosts are smart because they can make a bit mistake to be something funny with their comments. And either does the Ellen Degeneres Show. Ellen Degeneres, an American multitalented actress and popular host presents this program in a unique way. There are always dance sessions where Ellen, the DJ and the audiences are dancing together. At the end of the music, Ellen jumps to her seat with her unique style. The Ellen’s fashion style is also the reason why people love this program. Ellen dresses up like a chairman even though she’s a female. Her comments always make everybody and the guest star laughs in the studio.

In brief, talk show can expands our knowledge in every aspect and also entertain us as a viewer. And those are also the reason why talk show is really mushrooming in almost every TV channel because talk show really gives us good benefits.

Corruption In Indonesia

Well you guys, this is my second post. I hope this could have good benefits for all the readers. It is written based on my point of view. So, it’s nice to receive your comment to share and I hope it would be good for my writing in the next time. Enjoy it!

We often heard about corruption. But, do we understand what we call corruption and something that causes corruption and also the impacts of corruption? Generally, corruption is the abuse of public power, office or resources by government officials or employees for personal gain by offering bribes, soliciting or extortion. Corruption is universal. It is present in advanced and developing country, in the bureaus of public or private sector, and in non-profit or charitable organization. We have to know and understand because in our country Indonesia, we often read and heard in communication media that report about corruption. We know that the impacts for Indonesia are really harmful. And I believe that there are at least 3 huge impacts in our country that caused by corruption.

The first, corruption in a country automatically gives an impact to the citizens. Corruption makes a misery for the people in Indonesia. What corruptors do is the same as lay a thing on their shoulder. It’s just increasing the citizens’ load. One of the examples of corruption that gives a direct impact to the citizens is hoard some goods to collect money. The goods that often hoarded are rice and oil.  Corruptors usually hoard huge tons of rice in the hidden place. The rice is kept on their own warehouse. As a result, slowly the rice becomes rare in the market. When the rice becomes rare in the market, corruptors sell it with higher price than normal. Because everybody needs rice, many people willing to queue for a plastic of rice. No matter how hot the weather is and how crowd the situation is. That’s why corruption makes a misery for the people in Indonesia.

The second is corruption gives impacts to Indonesia’s economy situation and development. Some of the country’s development program might be disturbed or even postponed because of the deficit. For example, sometimes we see some bridges in a big city like Jakarta that are not finished yet. The bridge might finish earlier if there was no corruption. If there was no corruption, the country would save a huge count of money to finish the project beside. In the case of economy, the country might lose some of the foreign investors that lessen the country’s income. Many foreign investors invest some share and build a company in our country. It automatically increases Indonesia’s income. But, if corruption keeps going in Indonesia, Indonesia might lose some of the foreign investors because corruption influences the country’s economy situation. Bad economy situation makes investors inclined to omit their investment in Indonesia.

The last is the impact for Indonesia in international plane. Corruption could scratch out Indonesia’s good identity. Our country will be labeled as a corrupt country. Besides that, other country would feel doubtful to trust Indonesia as a partner in international corporation especially for economy and development. The reason is, if corruption in our country causes a huge crisis especially in economy, it also influences the corporation that is held by Indonesia and the partner.

In conclusion, corruption in Indonesia could give us 3 huge impacts above. If the corruption destroyer organization couldn’t fight corruption as well, it would harm Indonesia’s situation more serious. As a good citizen, we have to understand and realize the danger of corruption and try to evade corruption as well as we can.
